A pretty awful comedy with buckets of political incorrectness. Linda Blair must have been quite desperate for work at the time. She's quite cute in the movie though. The plot centres around a cop who is a stand-up comedian in the evening, wearing a brown bag over his head. Worth the price of admission for Linda in the brown dress.
