The character of Stevie Hall appeared in late S3. A woman with a dark past, enough to fuel the series until its end as the daughters were written out. She's appeared on this site previously in Lost World - Nectar as the queen bee Elura. The "Jade" seems to come and go over the years but currently credited that way on the show.
