I posted a few pics from this ep last month. Continuing on. Resting in a cave, Gabrielle (Reneé O'Connor) investigates a noise and falls down a deep hole. Xena (Lucy Lawless) realizes what has happened and jumps in after her. They find themselves in the estate of a charismatic man, Aidan (Jeremy Roberts), and the sole survivor of Aidan's hospitality, Gar (Mervyn Smith). Although Xena is suspicious, all goes well until their emotions take over. Gab's guilt and Xena's dark side. It eventually transpires that Aidan feeds off his guest's goodness, eventually turning them into blue statues. Xena nurtures her violent streak and kills Aidan.

One of the most stylish Xena eps. Violent at times includes the massacre of cute critters. Also notable for Gab's yoga-style exercises, terrific magical flower sfx and one of those cosy bath scenes. A few more pics to be posted in the next month or two.
