Curapira is a demon of the forest. She possesses the soul of and gives powers to a mortal the BeastMaster. He cares for the animals in her domain. Emilie played the part until departing to play Tess Harding in Roswell. Curapira was defeated by the serpent demon Iara who imprisoned her in "the muck and the slime".
